Rocketboom recently did a remixable video. They created a few scenes and shot 2-3 different renditions of each. Viewers were encouraged to use the footage to create their own edits. And they did. Fantastic marketing. Totally Pinko. If the next-gen video sites make this kind of remix easy, this medium’s going to go in a really interesting direction.

MySpace obituaries – These are obituaries of people who have MySpace profiles and have died. As Luke pointed out to me, the fact that this site exists speaks volumes about how big a part of people’s lives MySpace has become.
