Help! Do You Know Someone at Paypal?

Paypal’s our payment processor over at Photojojo and yesterday they decided to pull some funny business with our business account. As a result, it’s become incredibly hard for us to ship orders from the Photojojo store.

We’ve done nothing wrong, but some Paypal algorithm decided our account needed investigating, and now we have to pay the price from anywhere from 2 hours to 10 days.

It’s incredibly frustrating, and it’s come at the exact wrong time of year.

Amit – That’s bad.. but have you considered integrating Google Checkout with your store ? That could be a worthy alternative.

I won’t be able to make a change like that until next year — right now I have to figure out how to make do with Paypal.
